Charter Club Update

It looks like we're almost ready to call ourselves a chartered club under the IFFF. On Friday, October 4th, I received word from Rhonda Sellers that we have only a few small details. I'm hoping that we'll get the word early this week.

When we do, I'll call a special meeting to celebrate our accomplishment.

Hill Country Woolly Worm

This fly pattern is for those of you traveling to the hill country streams near Junction who may want to fly fish for bass and panfish. It's a subsurface fly that works well on both. It's especially good in stained water and cloudy days. Give it a try.

Woolly worms and woolly buggers have been a standard pattern for just about every fish that swims. These patterns are olive colored, but can be tied using a variety of chenille and feathers.
